**1. How long does shipping take?**
- We strive to deliver your orders within 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

**2. What are the shipping charges?**
- We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 199 for all orders across Pakistan.

**3. What is your return and exchange policy?**
- We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.

**4. Under what conditions can I request a refund?**
- We offer refunds only in the case of damaged or incorrect products. If you receive a defective item or if we have shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund.

**5. How can I track my order?**
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our OR courier website. 

**6. Do you offer international shipping?**
- At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to serve customers worldwide.

**7. What payment methods do you accept?**
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD).

**8. Can I cancel my order?**
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

**9. Do you have a physical store where I can view products?**
- Currently, we operate exclusively as an online store. However, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and original images or video to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
